https://thozhamobiles.com is owned and operated by Sabarivelvasan P V, trading as Thozha Mobiles, a proprietorship registered in India under GSTIN 33KGLPS1196E1Z0, with its principal place of business at 123, Old Bus Stand, Maravar Uravinmurai Complex, Elumalai - 625535, Madurai District, Tamil Nadu.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Thozha Mobiles; "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in India to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.

The information in your account must be accurate and current. We may suspend or close an account that contains false information, or that is used for fraudulent orders or abuse of our returns policy.

We try to describe and picture every product accurately, but colours may appear differently on your screen, and manufacturers occasionally change packaging or specifications without notice.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay.

Stock is limited and sells through both our shop counter and this site, so an item may sell out after you add it to your cart. If we cannot fulfil your order after payment, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Pricing errors. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price through human or technical error, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you, and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our service area, payment is not authorised, or we suspect fraud.

We accept online payment through Cashfree Payments (UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets), and cash on delivery where the product listing allows it.

Card and UPI details are entered on Cashfree's secure page. We never see or store them. Your order is processed once Cashfree confirms the payment.

If an amount is debited but the order does not confirm, the payment is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 business days. Contact us with the transaction reference if it does not.

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Any delivery date we give is an estimate, not a guarantee — we are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where one is provided. Warranty claims after the return window are handled by the manufacturer's authorised service centre, under their terms. We will help you with paperwork and point you to the right service centre, but we are not the warranty provider.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, or normal wear.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Place fraudulent or speculative orders
• Copy, scrape or republish our product photographs, descriptions or page designs without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or another user's account
• Post reviews that are false, abusive, or not your own experience

The Thozha Mobiles name and logo, and the layout, text and images of this site, belong to us or our suppliers. Brand names and product images of manufacturers remain the property of those manufacturers and are used to identify the goods we sell.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data or loss of profit.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

Before starting any legal proceeding, please contact us — most issues are settled quickly by phone or WhatsApp.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it. The revision date at the top of this page shows when we last changed them.
