We are the data fiduciary for the information described below, and we handle it in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

Information you give us. When you create an account or place an order we collect:

• Your name and email address
• A password, which is stored in our database — see section 6
• Mobile number, and an alternate contact number if you add one
• Delivery and billing addresses (door number, street, area, city, state and PIN code), including any additional addresses you save
• Date of birth and gender, if you choose to add them to your profile
• Your wishlist, cart contents, and order history
• Product reviews, ratings and any images you upload with them

Information from Google Sign-In. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google sends us a signed identity token containing your name, email address, and Google account identifier. We store these to create and recognise your account. We request no other Google scopes — we cannot read your Gmail, Drive, Contacts or Calendar, and we never receive your Google password.

Information collected automatically. Our servers log your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, which we use to keep the site secure and diagnose faults.

What we never collect. We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials. Those are entered directly on our payment gateway's secure page and never reach our servers.

• To process, pack, deliver and invoice your orders
• To contact you about an order — confirmation, dispatch, delivery or a problem with an item
• To handle returns, replacements and refunds
• To answer your questions on WhatsApp, phone or email
• To meet our legal obligations, including GST invoicing and record retention
• To detect and prevent fraudulent orders and misuse of the site

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it for marketing purposes.

Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Private Limited, a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. When you pay online, you are taken to Cashfree's secure checkout.

We share with Cashfree only what is needed to take the payment: the order amount and reference, and your name, email and mobile number. Cashfree handles your card, UPI or net-banking details directly under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS obligations. We receive back only the payment status, a transaction reference, and the method used — never your full card number.

If you pay cash on delivery, no payment information is collected online at all.

We share your information only with:

• Delivery partners — your name, address and phone number, so your order can be delivered
• Cashfree — as described in section 4
• Google — only if you use Google Sign-In, and only to verify the identity token
• Our hosting and database providers — who store the data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes
• Government or law-enforcement authorities — where we are legally required to disclose it

The site is served over HTTPS, so information sent between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit. Access to our database and admin panel is restricted to authorised staff.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is open. Order and invoice records are retained for at least eight years, as required by Indian tax law, even after an account is closed. Data we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.

You may, at any time:

• See and correct the information in your account, from your profile page
• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to delete your account — we will do so except for records we must keep for tax and legal purposes
• Withdraw consent for non-essential communication
• Disconnect Google Sign-In at any time from your Google account's security settings

To exercise any of these, email thozhamobiles551@gmail.com from your registered address. We respond within 30 days.

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and wishlist between visits. These are essential to the site working. Clearing your browser data will sign you out and empty your saved cart.

The site is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from a child. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
